Heart Cakes with cherry cream cheese icing.

6 tbspoons Cream Cheese

1 Tbsp maraschino cherry juice

2 1/2 cups sifted confectionars sugar

14 tbsp chopped maraschino cherries

 

Take white cake baked in a sheet

 

Blend cream cheese and cherry juice add the sugar gradually blending well. Add chopped cherries and blend again. Cut the cake into heart shaped pieces with a cookie cutter and frost.
