what you need:
strawberry cake mix
plain applesauce
stawberry glaze (1 tub per each container of strawberries)
fresh strawberries (amount varies on your taste but i use one container)
whipped cream
eggswhat you do:
mix the cake mix, 3 eggs, and 1/2 cup applesauce in a bowl . set aside
grease and flour your 2 cake pans, and turn oven on 350.
while the cake is baking, put the glaze in a bowl and slice the fresh strawberries, mix together.
when cake is done and cooled. take one of the cakes out, cut it across evenly, put the bottom layer on a plate and add some of the strawberry glaze mix, add the top part of the cake and do the same thing. repeat for the second cake. DO NOT put the whipped cream on until you ready to eat it. its best to use whipped cream only on the piece that will be eaten because it will melt and u will have a soggy mess. ENJOY!!!!!
