2 1/4 Cups all purpose flour

2 1/2 teaspoons baking powder

1/2 teaspoon salt

1 3/4 Cup packed brown sugar

6 Tablespoons (3/4 stick) margarine, softened

whites of 3 large eggs

1 1/2 teaspoons vanilla extract

1/3 Cup water

2 Cups (12 ounce packages) Nestle semi-sweet chocolate morsels 

Directions: 

Preheat oven to 350 degrees. 

Combine flour, baking powder and salt in small bowl. Beat brown sugar, margarine, egg whites and vanilla extract in large mixer bowl until smooth. Gradually beat in flour mixture alternately with water. 

Stir in morsels and spread into greased 15×10 inch jelly roll pan. Bake in for 20 to 25 minutes, or until the top is golden brown. 

Cool in pan on wire rack. Cut into squares: Cut each in half diagonally to form triangles. 

Makes 3 dozen brownies. 

About 140 calories and 5 grams fat per triangle brownie.
