LOLLIPOP SUGAR COOKIE MADE WITH CAKE MIX

My friend Liz posted these the other day on my facebook group TRIED AND TRUE RECIPES only she used the funfetti cookie mix and I used the funfetti cake mix

I Made these for my Sunday School Class.. I left the icing off and took an extra popsicle stick so each kid could decorate their own cookie pop.. they went over so good.. Kids were already asking when I was going to bring them again..

Makes 15 nice size lollipop cookies

1 (18.9-oz.) pkg. Pillsbury Moist Supreme Funfetti Cake Mix
1/3 cup oil
2 eggs
1/2 (15.6-oz.) can Pillsbury Creamy Supreme Funfetti Vanilla Frosting with sprinkles

Extra sticks for the kids to decorate their cookie with..

Directions

Mix one funfetti CAKE MIX with 2 eggs and 1/3 cup oil

now make a ball on your stick press around base of stick

using your hand or a flat spatula press lightly down on the balls

put in 350 degree oven and bake till done about 25 minutes  (not sure I just watched them then twords the end of baking when bottoms and edges were browned I turned on the broil and let then set just till starting to turn.. they came out perfect

once done take out and let sit then transfer to a wire rack for complete cooling using a flat spatula to transfer

you will use icing to decorate I took mine with me to Sunday School so the kids could do it themselves
