Sooooooo goood.. my Sis n Law Jen got this recipe from a lady and she made this for Kelly’s Birthday.. let me tell you I am not one for diet anything but this you would never know was lite…


LITE COCONUT CREME CAKE

1 box white cake mix

to make cake batter you use

1 1/4 cup water

3 egg whites

1  bag of coconut (won’t use all of this…. use a little bit in the batter and a little on top of cake)

1 tsp coconut extract

1 (8oz) lite cool whip

1 can of sweetened condensed milk

or

(here is a recipe for a SUBSTITUTE for Sweetened condensed milk to make it less calories)

1/2 cup cold water

1 1/3 cup powdered milk

3/4 cup splenda

1 tsp vanilla

stir milk powder into cold water till dissolved then microwave 1 minute or till steaming then stir in splenda and vanilla, cover and chill in fridge

Preheat oven 350

mix

Take white cake water 3 egg whites  and a little of coconut Bake cake at 350 for however long your cake say’s on box.. let sit when done for about 10 minutes

Use end of wooden spoon put holes in top of cake

take sweetened condensed milk OR substitute and add 1 tsp coconut extract to the sweetened milk

Pour over cake.. Let Cool

Soaks down in cake. After cools put cool whip on top

take some coconut toast it then sprinkle on top .. DONE enjoy a GUILT FREE DELICIOUSO CAKE@@@@
