1/2 lb bacon (chopt)

1/2 onion (chopt)

1 beef boullion cubes (chopt)

1/4 c water

1/2 cup sour cream or to taste 

Cook bacon. Remove from skillet and chop fine. Saute onions in bacon grease. Add snapped green beans. Saute green beans. Place in baking dish. Sprinkle with chopt boullion cube and bacon bits. Pour water over top. Bake until tender. If you use a glass dish you can cook them in the microwave. After removing from heat source, add about 1/2 cup sour cream and stirred it around to coat the beans and make it kind of like a sauce.
