Leona’s Swiss Steak Recipe
2 Tbsp fat in skillet heated
4 Tbsp flour
1 tsp salt
1/2 tsp pepper
Steak rolled in flour
brown on both sides seasoned.
Then add 2 cups tomato juice
throw in a small onion sliced thin
and 1 cup chopped celery
1 Tbsp worcestershire sauce
few drops of tobasco sauce
salt pepper
place on lid and turn to simmer…
