Leona’s Cornbread
1 can whole kernel yellow corn
1 can white shoe peg corn
1/2 purple onion
small can pimentos
1/2 green pepper
celery
Marinate in 1/2 cup sugar
1/2 cup vinegar
3/4 cup cooking oil
drain liquid before serving
