1 1/2 cups butter (3 stickes, softened)

1 cup sugar

3 egg yolks

1 teaspoon vanilla

1 teaspoon lemon extract

1/4 teaspoon salt

3 1/2 cups sifted all-purpose flour 

Beat butter, sugar until smooth. Add egg yolks one at a time and mix on high speed for 3 minutes, or until fluffy. Blend in vanilla, lemon extract and salt. 

Stir in flour graduall to made a soft dough. 

Divide dough into parts to color. 

Fit disk into a cookie press and fill with dough, then press cookies onto an ungreased cookie sheet. (I use parchment paper)> 

Bake cookies at 375 for 8 minutes.
