LEMON CHOCOLATE PHILLY FUDGE

layer #1 Chocolate fudge

6 level tablespoons Cream Cheese

2 cups sifted confectioners sugar

2 1-oz squares unsweetened chocolate melted

1/4 tsp vanilla

Dash of salt

 

Place the cream cheese in a bowl and cream it until soft and smooth. Slowly blend the sugar into it. Add the melted chocolate. Mix well add the vanilla and the salt and mix until well blended. Press into  well greased shallow pan to the depth of a 1/2 inch. Place in the fridge until firm.  about 15 minutes .

 

Layer #2 Lemon stick  Philly Fudge

6 level tbsp Cream Cheese

2 1/2 cups sifted conf sugar

1/4 cup crushed lemon stick candy

salt

 

Place cream cheese n a bowl and cream it till smooth,

slowly blend in sugar. Add crushed lemon stick candy and salt mix well.

Pread this on top of the chilled chocolate fudge.  Place in fridge and let get firm.. about 15 minutes Cut into squares. should be two toned.
