LEG OF LAMB ROASTED ON GRILL

It was a boneless 4 and half lb leg roast.

We marinated it in a tomato sauce blend for about an hour. ( blend being tomato sauce, fresh ground pepper, powdered garlic (1/2 tbsp) and a beer). Grilled not directly over the coals at 250 degrees, flipped every ten minutes for the first hour, then every 15 minutes for the next hour and a half. Scrumptious!
