Crockpot Chicken with a Chicken Parmesan Cream Sauce over a bed of warm mashed potatoes… I would normally never have paired this dish with pasta salad but I had some left over from yesterday and it actually did work well.. the coolness of the pasta salad paired with the warm mashed potatoes and hot cream sauce was to die for..
