Mmmm. Lardons of bacon with fried potatoes & onions.

 

Lardons of Bacon (which is Slab bacon with skin on)

Chop it up in cubes let fry

add onions

take potatoes with skin on and microwave some to get softened up some to speed up the process

cut into chunks and add potatoes to the skillet to fry..

enjoy with fried eggs and toast!
