here is the best Apple Pie Filling Recipe.. your gonna love it…
it makes 7 quarts of apples.. you will need
6 cups of sugar
8 cups of water
1 stick of butter
1tsp ground cinn.
1 cup corn starch
Heat all the ingredients together (just enough to melt butter) I boil mine for 3 minutes but you dont have to..
pack apples in jar.. pour mixture over uncooked apples.
To cook In pressure cooker. cook for 10 min. on 5lbs of pressure
In a water bath cook for 30 min.
