This is a card I made for them on Walmart.com really cheap for them to give out with their gifts to show that they made them themselves… also gives the piece more sentimental value
I took Glass Mayo Jars.. spray painted the jars white then immediately sprinkle on glitter while wet.. let dry.. then get marker and make face of snowman for kids to paint…

insert a 20 set light (99 cents from Dollar Store)
put on felt circles then a rubber band to secure it .. makes the hat.. then you will put ribbon around to cover band.. also you want to glue some kind of button or whatever to the side of hat for garnish.. bells old christmas ornaments broken whatever use your imagination..
MINE.. they had made for me.. =)
