JUST MAKE YOUR SUGAR COOKIE RECIPE AND MOLD INTO A  HUGE SUGAR  COOKIE, GIVING SPACE FOR EXPANSION… WILL EXPAND..

THEN YOU WANT TO MAKE CHOC FUDGE ICING AND PUT OVER TOP YOUR COOLED COOKIE.. ICING SETS QUICKLY.. THEN DECORATE WITH POWERED SUGAR AND TRIX CEREAL..OR CAN USE WHAT YOU HAVE ON HAND NUTS, CHOC CHIPS BANANA SLICES ECT.. POSSIBLITIES ARE ENDLESS

SERENA’S FUDGE  PARTY PIZZA-PIECrust ingredients:

1/2 Cup sugar

1/2 Cup brown sugar

1/2 Cup butter, softened

1/2 Cup peanut butter

1/2 teaspoon vanilla

1 egg

1 1/2 Cup flour 

Topping ingredients:

1/4 Cup Trix Cereal

Powdered sugar

3 peanut butter sandwich crakers 

Fudge icing ingredients:

1 stick butter

1/2 Cup cocoa

1/3 Cup milk

1 pound powdered sugar

1 Tablespoon vanilla 

Directions: 

Crust directions: 

Preheat oven to 375 degrees.In large bowl, combine sugar, brown sugar, butter, peanut butter, vanilla and egg; blend well. Stir in flour last. . Press dough evenly over bottom of 12 or 14 inch pizza pan (greased), forming ridge along edge. Bake at 375 degrees for 15 minutes, until lightly browned. Don’t over bake. Cool.


 

Topping directions: 

Put topping ingredients in a plastic baggie and crush lightly (leave some of the cereal whole for decoration). 

Frosting ingredients: 

Melt butter, add cocoa and boil 1 minute. Add remaining ingredients and beat until smooth. Spread while warm. 

Take fudge icing and if has lost its gloss put in plastic container and microwave just barely enough so you can pour it onto the cookie stay away from edges just like you would a pizza let set a moment then add topping. cut into wedges. Store in tightly covered container.
