A SELECTION OF KIDDIE DRINKS

In a medium size mixing bowl, blend 3-4 scoops of vanilla ice cream with Ginger Ale. Adjust the quantity of ice cream to obtain the consistency of a milk shake. CHERRY-STRAWBERRY LIME RICKEY 1 bottle of Ginger Ale or Sprite, Cherry or Strawberry Syrup (2 tablespoon or to taste), Mix in tall glass (for extra kick add chopped maraschino cherries) CHOCOLATE COW Mix Chocolate Soda and Chocolate Ice Cream. Chocolate lovers will find this a scrumptiously delicious delight! VARIATIONS: Root beer and chocolate ice cream is also delciious. This is called a Black Cow. CREAMSICLE Mix together Orange soda with Vanilla Ice Cream, blending to the consistency of a milk shake. EGG CREAM Combine milk, club soda, and chocolate syrup to taste (raspberry syrup is a nice alternative!) The irony is that there are no eggs and no cream! HOT SPICED GINGER ALE For an excellent rainy day treat, try heating Ginger Ale on the stove top with cinnamon sticks. MUDDY RIVER 1 bottle of Ginger Ale or Sprite, Chocolate Syrup (2 tablespoon or to taste), Mix the two in tall glass. PURPLE COW 1 bottle of Welch’s Grape Soda, 1 scoop of Vanilla ice cream. STRAWBERRY CREAM SMOOTHIE Mix together strawberry soda and Vanilla Ice Cream to the consistency of a milkshake. If you like it thin, add more soda. If you like it thick, add more ice cream.
