Good morning everyone!… I wanted to share this “Tried &True” recipe with you-
I make this a lot &with Thanksgiving coming up soon maybe some of you would like to try it…
ok-I take a can of corn&drain it-put in a bowl with chopped green olives-diced peppers-green-red-yellow-diced red onion &then add mayo which has been seasoned with chili powder…
then chill a couple of hours before serving-it’s really good&you don’t use up oven space on Thanksgiving when you have so much other stuff in the oven…
When I make this in the summer I use fresh corn on the cob:)…
Make sure you give it a good stir before serving!
