Kansas City BBQ Sauce

3 (7 lb) cans ketchup

1 (6lb) can Tomato Sauce

3 cups vinegar

2/3 cup worcestershire

1/2 cup liquid smoke

2 (120z.) Molasses

1/2 cup garlic powder

3/4 cup paprika

2/3 cup black pepper

3 cups brown sugar

1 tbsp cayenne pepper

Mix all together in large stock pot or electric roaster oven. Simmer 3 + hours. Fill clean pint jars leaving 1/2 inch headspace, adjust lids. Boiling water bath.  15 minutes. Makes 28 pints.
