Irish Soda Bread
4 cups of AP flour
1 1/2 teaspoons of salt
1 teaspoon of baking soda
2 cups of buttermilk
Sift flour, salt and soda.
Add buttermilk.
Mix until smooth.
Grease a glass pie pan.
Mound the dough into a ball on the pie pan.
Bake at 370 for 50-60 min.
