One thing my CHRISTmas always has is a “Icebox Fruit Cake” it is easy and my Great Grandmother made this,my Granny,my MAMA and now me…..
crush 1 box of graham crackers
add 1 jar of (red) cherries cut up
add 1pk. of coconut
add 2c. pecans-chopped
add 1 box of raisins
melt 1 &1/2 packs of marshmellows w/alittle milk
then pour this over the cracker mixture and pack in a pan and put in the frig. over night
-slice and enjoy…..
