HUMMINGBIRD CAKE
3 c self rising flour
2 c sugar
1 tsp soda
8oz crushed pineapple including juice
2 c chopped bananas
1 c chopped nuts
1 tsp cinnamon
1 1/2 c vegetable oil
3 eggs
Grease and flour 10 inch tube pan
in a large bowl sift flour sugar soda and cinnamon. Add remaining ingredients and stir well (hand mix only) Pour in pan and bake 1 hour and 10 minutes or till done. Cool on rack 25-30 minutes .
