So my brother Freddy had a great idea this Thanksgiving…. mom always makes her famous turkey dressing.. (for recipe on her dressing go to this site and type in Stuffed Turkey and Dressing ). after stuffing the turkey and baking some leftovers…. we still had some dressing…. SO Freddy decided to make some Stuffed Mushrooms out of it… it was THE BEST stuffed mushroom I ever eat
he took 2 cups of mom’s dressing (recipe posted in thanksgiving favorites)
button mushrooms (chop stems and save them)
shredded 1 cup of White Cheddar Cheese
Add Finely chopped stems, and cheese to stuffing
mix well and put into caps onto cookie sheet
bake for 30 minutes at 350
sooooo good
