Here is the Recipe for Horseradish pickles!!!!

From my Mom

 

I gallon cucumbers packed in 1 gallon jar

add 1 jar pint horseradish

2 cups white sugar or (more)

vinegar 2 1/2 cups

and 2 1/2 cups cold water

mix sugar & water together pour over packed pickles add more Horseradish if needed seal and shake until disolved store in fridge ready to eate in about 3 or 4 days.
