Homemade Tortilla Chips…you will faint when you realize how very easy they are: Here it goes….Buy some fresh corn tortillas, as fresh as you can buy, cut into fourths with a pizza cutter, making triangles, fry in very hot canola oil, turn once to cook on both sides, scoop out of fry pan, and drain on paper towels. Salt immediately. Note: the first batch will come out light if you are using fresh oil. Keep in a cool, dry place.
