HOMEMADE CHEESY HAMBURGER HELPER

1 pound hamburger (ground chuck)

small Onion chopped or (just use a thick slice and chop up)

2 cloves garlic minced small

add onion garlic and hamburger to skillet and brown it

I did not need to drain any grease because of the meat I used but if you used greasy fatty meat you need to drain now..

add spices. Paprika, salt, black pepper, onion powder, garlic powder, oregano

take 1 large Hunts can of tomato Sauce and add to your pot.

fill it up with water and add

add 1 cup of milk

bring to a boil and add in 2 cups or so of small macaroni noodles.

turn heat down a little and put lid on to let the noodles get tender. I take off lid to stir every once in a while as so it wont stick to bottom.

once noodles are tender I add in my cheese

use what you have.. today I had a little mild cheddar, a little Colby cheese I grated, and a little Mexican blend cheese… throw it in and give a stir and serve with mashed potatoes and green beans ..
