My daughter surprised me with home made Asado… my favorite New Mexican dish!
Marla Patton Watson It is southern New Mexico Asado, made by a true blooded New Mexican… I am in the process of getting the recipe from my daughters in-law who made it! It was delicious! It pork roast slow cooked all day and mixed with red chili and that is all I know about this, but it melts in your mouth. She made the rice with the same chili sauce just not as spicy as the meat. Home made tortilla as well.
