HERSHEY’S FLUFFY COCOA FROSTING

3/4 c Hershey’s Cocoa

4 c confectionary sugar

1/2 c butter or margarine

1 tsp vanilla

1/2 c evaporated milk

Mix cocoa and sugar first

Cream part of the cocoa-sugar mixture with the butter

blend in vanilla and half of the milk

add remaining coco-sugar mixture and blend well.

add in remaining milk, and beat to desired spreading consistency. Additional milk may be added If required should make enough filling and frosting for two 9 inch layers.
