Hamburger Casserole!!
Really good. I change seasoning in it lot’s of times. Garlic is good in the potatoes if you like, parsley, of course your salt pepper, if you like pepper. I don’t personally. I”ve been told I must not be from the South if I don’t like pepper!! Haha
Hamburg with sauteed onions, drain, line pan with that, cover the Hamburg and onion with a layer of whole kernel corn, then a layer of creamed corn,then a layer of whipped potatoes on the top. Bake till top is golden brown. You can add shredded cheese in potatoes. Yum!
