SUBMITTED BY: Linda Lea AlsburyOkay, so this isn’t really much of a recipe. It is a sandwich I made for my husband and he loved it. So, here goes:

 

2 slices sourdough bread, butter to grill in pan

Place sliced avocados on one slice to cover slice

on top of that: 4 pieces of bacon

next: grilled chicken, grilled onion, and grilled pepperoncinis.

One top of that 3 slices of pepper jack cheese.

Place in skillet and brown on both sides.

I have to take his word for its tastiness since I am on a diet and couldn’t eat any of it.
