Me trying to hurry up and get my BBQ Chicken done before the big storm hit…..

BBQ CHICKEN FROM GRILL… SO EASY.. take your chicken (thawed)  and place on smokin hot grill.. salt, pepper well.  let cook .. don’t try to turn too soon or it will stick.. when it is ready to be turned it will have little or NO sticking to the grates…  turn when ready and cook the other side.. you  should NEVER poke holes in the meat while cooking cause if you do your loosing all the juiciness and making your chicken DRY…. let it cook and you will see the fluids coming out running clear when almost done… start lathering brushing on the bbq over the chicken and let cook.. take off and serve with your sides… YUM YUM…
