Saint Patty’s Day.. we did the “Green Eggs and Ham” from Cat in the Hat children’s book..lolol… we tried coloring mashed potato’s too it was so funny….
- Peel potatoes cut up and boil until almost falling apart stage drain salt and pepper well 1 to 1/2 stick butter , depending on how big a batch, blend with mixer and slowly add some heavy cream (don’t get to thin) blend 5 min or until smooth and creamy (depending on how much potato you want in mixture)add in a few drops of green food coloring and keep mixing till color is achieved.
- ALSO YOU CAN COLOR YOUR APPLESAUCE GREEN THE KIDS LOVE IT!!!!
