  • USING CANNED GREEN BEANS FROMS STORE OR GREEN BEANS CANNED FROM YOUR GARDEN  – Follow the directions below and you will have fresh from the garden, southern country green bean taste everytime

     

    just take one or two to three large cans of green beans from store or a quart that you canned from garden.. serving more add more green beans , simple….

    Now.. put them on the stove with water, (i don’t measure you need enough to boil them in but don’t fill it way full) put a half stick of butter and some FAT BACK cut up in there (sometimes I even fry my fat back a little first, then add the beans but if in a hurry I just throw the cut chunks right into the pot with my beans) .. salt and pepper well.. (can put pepperoni in there if no fat back but fat back is better and when your done cutting some of it off just wrap it up and put the rest in freezer it keeps) then put LID on your pot bringing it to a boil.. you can turn y our heat down but keep that pot boiling (Can put a potato or two in there too) let it boil some of the water down.. it will start to smell great like real garden beans… when done taste ,.. may need more butter and salt… DONE…
