FUDGE CAKE
bring to a boil
1 stick of butter
1 cup water
1 cup oil or shortening
3 1/1 tbsp cocoa
ADD
2 cups of sugar
2 cups flour
1 tsp baking soda
1 tsp vanilla
1/2 cup buttermilk
2 eggs
Pour into sheet pan that has been greased and dusted with flour
bake 30 -35 minutes at 350 or 400
Icing
1 stick butter
3 1/2 tbsp cocoa
6 tbsp milk
bring to a boil
add 3/4 box of confectionary sugar
add nuts to top if desire.
