Frozen Yogurt Pie Quick and Easy 

1 1/4 cups graham cracker crumbs

1/4 cup sugar

6 T. butter or margarine, melted

1 package fluffy white frosting mix (for 2 layer cake)

2 8 ounce cartons (2 cups) your favorite yogurt mix, strawberry, blueberries, which ever you choice 

Combine gram cracker crumbs and sugar. Stir in the melted butter or margarine, mix well.

Press firmly on bottom and sides of 9-inch pie plate. Chill 45 minutes or bake 375 degrees for 6 to 9 minutes and cool.

In small mixer bowl pour boiling water over frosting mix; beat at high speed on electric mixer 5 minutes or till stiff peaks form.

Carefully fold in yogurt of your desire, pour into graham cracker crust. Freeze over night or for several hours.

Remove from freezer 10 to 15 minutes before serving

If desire top pie with whipped cream and semisweet chocolate pieces, if desire.
