FRIED ITALIAN HERB CRUSTED PORK LOIN

Purchase a nice pork loin, you can have the butcher slice it for you

Take 3 eggs

 

whisk with 1/3 cup water

In separate bowl pour 1 cup of Italian Bread Crumbs

add 1 Tbsp Self Rising Flour and stir

Get your pan nice and hot, add some vegetable oil and a small tab of butter

dip your pork in the egg wash and then into the bread crumbs

put into the hot pan and leave alone while it browns

salt and pepper and a dash of parsley flakes

turn over and brown the other side..

turn down heat and put lid on pan to let the center get done

watch it you don’t want it soggy or burnt…

take off lid and let crisp up again at a little higher heat..

enjoy.. we served it with Roasted Red Potatoes, Cold Sliced Cucumbers, and  Orzo Parmesan
