chicken tenders (whole or cut up)

flour

cooking oil

kraft original barbecue sauce 

Roll chicken in flour and deep fry in pan till it gets a crispy crust

Drain on paper towel

Place chicken in a clean skillet

Coat chicken with barbecue sauce and cover skillet

Heat on low heat (10-15 minutes) until the barbecue sauce is absorbed by chicken

Enjoy!!
