FRESH APPLE CAKE
Serena the recipes are very close. Mine has 1/4 c. or. juice, and 3 c. flour, and I just used 1 Tbls cinn.and 1 c. coconut, and I used walnuts as I had no pecans.I plan to try yours next week.
3 c. all purpose flour
1 Tbsp Cinnamon
1 Tsp Soda
1 Tsp Salt
1/4 cup orange juice
2 c Sugar
1 c Oil
2 Tsp Vanilla
2 Eggs
3 cups Diced Apples
1 c walnuts
1 cup coconut
Sift together dry ingredients. Blend oil eggs and vanilla. Gradually stir into flour mixture.. Add Apples, coconut and nuts
grease and dust with flour your pan… (I actually use BAKERS JOY it is easier and works great)
Bake 1 hour at 325-350
