You can’t hardly see the writing so I’ll just type it in Sis. Serena. I LOVE THESE CROUTONS! This bag was only 59 cents. I don’t know if ya’ll have a UGO-United Grocery Outlet over there but that’s where I got these ONION & GARLIC CROUTONS from & this recipe was on the back. I haven’t tried it yet but it sure sounds good.

French Market Onion Soup ~ Ingredients 2 tsp. canola oil. I will use olive oil. 1 jar mushroom slices drained. I will get fresh mushrooms. 1 onion soup mix. ok by me. (probably add some onion slices while I’m at it. Maybe some little green ones. 1 bag of these H E B Onion & Garlic Croutons. 1 package shredded asiago or romano cheese. HEB brand. or whatever brand you’ve got in my humble opinion. lol.

Heat a large 2 quart saucepot over high heat for 2 minutes. Add oil & mushrooms & reduce heat to medium high heat. Stir-fry mushrooms for 3 minutes until brown and crusty. Add 4 cups water & 1 envelope onion soup mix to mushrooms. Heat soup mixture over high heat until mixture boils. Cover soup, reduce heat to medium low & cook for 10 minutes. Pour hot soup into bowls & top with croutons & shredded cheese.
