Ingredients:
1/4 Cup cocoa
2 Cup powdered sugar
1/4 Cup butter
1/2 teaspoon vanilla
1/4 Cup milk
Directions:
Mix cocoa with sugar cream with butter blend in vanilla and milk beat until right thickness add more sugar if needed. Very rich.
