Ellison Easter Egg Cake
1 box white cake mix
1 box instant pistachio pudding
3 eggs (whites only)
1 c. oil
1 c. club soda
1/2 c. chopped nuts
Mix well Bake at 325 degree for about 45 minutes or till cake bounces back
Icing
2 envelopes of Dream Whip
1 box pistachio pudding
1 cup of jelly beans
mix dream whip as directed with pudding place on top of cooled cake sprinkle with jelly beans
