SELF-FILLED CUPCAKES
1 choc cake mix
1 8 oz Cream Cheese softened
1/3 c sugar
1 egg
1 6 oz pkg semi sweet chocolate peices
mix cake mix as directed on package.
Fill paper baking cups in cup cake pan 2/3 cup full
Mix the cream cheese with sugar and beat in egg. Stir in Chocolate pieces.
Drop 1 round teasp of creamed mixture into each cupcake, bake to cupcakes directions..
