Easy Peanut Butter Cookies
from the kitchen of Cherie Antin Fasbinder
1 C. Peanut butter
1 Egg
1 C. Sugar
1 tsp. Vanilla
Mix well. Drop by teaspoonful onto cookie sheet. (I like to make small balls and press fork tines on top). Bake at 300° for 10 minutes or until set.
