Ingredients: 

1 1/2 Cups sugar

2 Cups miniature marshmallows, divided

1 can (5 ounce) evaporated milk

1/4 Cup margarine or butter

1 package (12 ounce) semi-sweet chocolate chips

1 teaspoon vanilla extract

1 can (10 to 12 ounce) can mixed nuts, coarsely chopped 

Directions: 

In a 2 quart glass measuring cup or dish, microwave sugar, 1 Cup marshmallows, evaporated milk, and margarine on high for 4 1/2 to 6 minutes, until marshmallows are melted, stirring once during cooking. 

Stir again and cook for additional 1 1/2 minutes. Stir in remaining chocolate chips and vanilla until smooth. Fold in nuts and remaining marshmallows. 

Spread in foil lined 8×8 inch baking pan. Refrigerate until firm. 

Cut into 24 pieces.
