EASY FLAVOR- BAKED JUICY CHICKEN BREAST

Family Pack of chicken breasts

if thick I take a knife and slice them to make two. Also all of them need to be around same thickness for even cooking.

I place a piece of plastic wrap over top and bang them down a little so they will be tender.

Place them in a bowl and drizzle a little grape seed oil over and move all the pieces around to coat them well in the oil.
(I also place a little oil in my baking pan and rub it in)

in another bowl I add my spices.. sorry no measurements .. you need to just use what your family likes liberally if you don’t like one of these spices, leave it out completely or just go lighter on that one .. simple

(I am heavy with these spices .. maybe not as heavy on the black pepper)

spices:

black pepper

salt

paprika

onion powder

garlic powder

oregano

basil

parsley flakes

mix well and coat each breast in the mixture , then place into the pan till all are coated (if you run out of spices in your bowl just add more)

Add tabs of butter on top of each chicken breast.. next place pan in a 450 degree oven

and bake 25 minutes or till the chicken is done. It should register 165 on a meat thermometer but you can tell if it’s done..

this is great with Mexican rice ..

it should be fork tender
