EGGS 

1/2 of 8 oz. cream cheese

1 bag coconut (sm.)

1 lb. powdered sugar

1 tsp. vanilla

4 tsp. flour (heaping)

1/4 lb. butter 

Roll into shape of Easter egg. Chill on wax paper trays overnight. Dip into chocolate. I use chocolate bars. (Double the recipe.)
