SERENA’S EASTER DIRT CAKE
Double batch of Oreo Dirt Cake Decorated for EASTER with mini colored marshmallows, jelly bean eggs, carrots and eggs..
1 1/4 lb. Oreo cookies crumbled
8 oz. Cream cheese
1 stick margarine
1 c confectionary sugar
12 oz. Cool whip
3 c milk
1 tsp vanilla
2 3 oz French vanilla instant pudding (also can use choc pudding)
Crush cookies set aside. Mix cream cheese and butter till smooth mix in confectioners sugar fold in cool whip in separate bowl mix pudding, milk, vanilla, and fold in cream cheese mixture
Use 13x9x2 pan or flower pot layer 1/2 dirt crumbs
Pour pudding over then repeat decorate
