((this recipe was given to me by a co-worker, and after trying it.. It’s quick easy and lots of fun. The kids love it, as well as the adults)
1 roll of chocolate chip cookie dough
2 boxes of French Vanilla Pudding (or any instant white pudding)
1 box of oreo cookies
tub of cool whiplet the cookie dough sit and soften for about ten minutes.
Flatten or roll it out on the bottom of a cake pan and bake until golden brown.
Make the pudding according to the box directions. Crush 3/4 of the oreos and mix with it. When the cookie dough is done, after letting it cool for a few minutes, spread the pudding mixture over the top of the cookie..
Spread the whipped cream on top, and sprinkle oreo bits on for looks and flavor.
