1/2 c. diet butter

1/2 c. sugar

1/2 c. brown sugar

1/4 c. egg substitute

3/4 c. unsalted peanut butter

1/2 tsp. vanilla extract

1 1/4 tsp. baking powder

1 1/2 c. flour 

Beat butter and sugars. Stir in egg substitute. Add next 2 ingredients; mix well. Add rest.

Divide into 48 equal pieces. Roll into balls. Press with fork. Bake at 350 degrees for 12-15 minutes. Makes 24 servings.
