2 eggs

8 oz. container diet butter

2 1/4 c. flour, sifted

1 tsp. baking soda

1 tsp. salt

3/4 c. brown sugar, firmly packed

3/4 c. Sprinkle-Sweet

2 1/2 tsp. vanilla extract

1 c. chocolate chips or 1 c. nuts, chopped 

 

Beat eggs and diet butter together. Add all remaining ingredients except chocolate chips; beat until thoroughly blended. Batter will be thick. Fold in chocolate chips. Drop by teaspoonfuls onto ungreased Teflon cookie sheet. Bake in preheated 375 degree oven for 8 to 10 minutes. Yields 100 cookies at 33 calories per cookie.
